Danial Mini T Williams in Australian Muay Thai Awards

The event will be held on Sunday December 8 on the Gold Coast, Queensland at Jupiter’s Hotel and Casino.

Danial Mini T Williams is one of the TOP 10 internationally known Australian athletes to date.

DANIAL MINI T WILLIAMS FIGHT SUMMARY 2013

At the beginning of this year, during three months Mini T had been representing Australian muaythai school in Thailand where he also stayed, trained and fought out of Santai Muay Thai Camp.

When he returned to Australia he added to his record 7 more fights with 5 wins where 3 of these bouts he finished by KO/TKO.

Then, Mini T fought Aaron Leigh at CAGED MUAY THAI promoted early in July in Queensland, being a semi-main event on JWP vs PIQUE show.

Mini T stopped Leigh in the 4th round, and basically automatically claimed the #1 position in his weight division, due to Leigh holding the first rank before the verdict of the bout.

Then Danial Mini T Williams was featured on Fightmag.net cover with popular Melbourne’s sports model and ring girl Holly Pfeffier and WKN international kickboxing champion, undefeated MMA fighter and EXPENDABLES II and III actor Lyubomir Siemonov from Bulgaria.

At the end of July, Danial Mini T Williams ventured to Tokyo, JAPAN where he represented Australia taking on local fight hero and TV star Dyki Miyagi in a kick-boxing rules super bout.

After three hard and intensive rounds, the judges scored it towards Japanese, however there were quite a few of those with an opinion that the decision was wrong.

In October, after a short brake, Mini T fought in Melbourne, Victoria, being the main event of the evening.

After 5 rounds he took judges decision over a strong and gutsy Liam McNeil.

Mini T’s final bout for 2013 was set this month (November). It was a rematch with Aaron Leigh, where for Queenslander it was a chance to take a revenge for July’s loss.

For Mini T it was a go to be a World title challenger and steal Leigh’s belt.

It was all over when Mini T dropped Leigh, again in the fourth round and confirmed his superior position.

To date Danial Mini T Williams’ fight record updated to 24 Fights – 19 Wins – 11 KO.

As mentioned above, Danial Mini T Williams is one of the 6 nominates as an up and comer at Australian muaythai awards 2013.

“Mini T was an Up and Comer last year, not this year. He should be the fighter of the year” – Darren Curovic, the head trainer of Kao Sok Muay Thai Gym said.

Australian Muay Thai Awards website has a POLL section where the fight fans can vote for their favourites. Basically it is a popularity based on-line election, not depended on the actual performance during the year.
